Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

We're a father-and-son shop, and we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated — carefully, honestly, and never sold. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plain English, no fine-print games.

01 Who we are

This site is operated by Pax & Dad Ventures, LLC, based in Franklin, Tennessee. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," that's who we mean. If you have any questions about your privacy, email us at Scott@PaxandDad.com — a real person reads it.

02 What we collect

We only collect what we actually need to talk with you and run our business:

  • Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, email address, the name of your business, the topic you selected, and your message.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may automatically log things like your browser type, device, and general location (from your IP address) to keep the site secure and working.
  • That's it. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't build profiles on you, and we don't ask for anything we don't need.

03 How we use it

We use the information you share for straightforward reasons:

  • To reply to your inquiry and have a conversation about whether we can help.
  • To send information you've asked us for, and to follow up on a project we're discussing.
  • To keep our website secure, functional, and improving over time.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Full stop.

04 How your form message reaches us

Our contact form is delivered to our inbox through a third-party form service. Your message passes through their system on its way to us, subject to their own privacy practices. We chose a service that exists only to forward form submissions — not to advertise to you.

05 Cookies & analytics

We keep this light. Any cookies present are used to make the site function and remember basic preferences — not to follow you around the internet. If we ever add analytics to understand which pages are useful, we'll use a privacy-respecting tool and update this page first.

06 Your choices & rights

You're always in control of your information:

  • Access or correction. Ask us what we have on file, and we'll tell you or fix it.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
  • Opt out. Tell us to stop contacting you and we'll stop.

To exercise any of these, just email Scott@PaxandDad.com. No special form, no hoops — a short note is plenty.

07 Keeping it secure

We take reasonable, common-sense steps to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we won't hold anything we don't need, and we keep what we do hold for only as long as it's useful for the conversation we're having.

08 Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.

09 Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be made clear. Continuing to use the site after an update means you're okay with the revised policy.
